If you wish you can make your submission online at Council's website by going to http://pdonline.brisbane.qld.gov.au/MasterView/masterplan/enquirer/defau... , then selecting Application Enquiry, and enter the application number A003102126 and then click search.
 
Click on the "+" for the application and then click on  "Development Assessment submission" and fill in the required form details.
