An application development has been submitted for the Queenslander in the DCP/residential zone adjoining the Graceville shopping precinct (next to Matilda Service Station) is proposed to be changed to mixed business/residential.
 
This particular property is zoned residential in both the old Walter Taylor South District Local Plan and Sherwood-Graceville Neighbourhood Plan.
 
Given the local community had a lot of input into the Sherwood-Graceville Neighbourhood plan and this excluded the expansion of the Graceville business area this application will probably be of interest to residents.
